Bird Dogs!

This week's exercise is called the Bird Dog. It helps with the abs, shoulders, glutes, and hip flexors. Very good exercise if you want to strengthen your core and improve posture and balance!

Each time you extend your arm/opposite leg, hold the pose for 3-5 seconds, then switch sides. ​

Donkey Kicks!

This week's exercise is the donkey kick. You feel this in your glutes and in your hips. One of my favorites!

You can kick back extending the leg straight (like in the video), or kick back keeping the leg bent. I personally like kicking it straight, but the choice is up to you!
