Sometimes it is hard because you don't know where to start, or think that you have to make a million changes all at once. No, it starts with one change. Maybe you think you have so much stacked up against you that you can't win. No! You stand up against the wall that is in front of you and do whatever you can to tear it down!
When I started my journey in September, I knew that I was going to face challenges. I knew that there were behaviors I needed to change, such as overeating and implementing portion control. I knew I needed to get more active outside of what I already do at my job (a very physical job). I needed to do this not only for myself, but for the very people I wanted to reach out to and help. Fast forward to now, 12 pounds down (to date) and lost at least 5 inches between my braline, bicep, and forearm (to date). I love the progress that I have made, it is a wonderful feeling!
It is never an easy journey, but is so worth it in the end. 💪💪💪
