Today's motivational comes from a very true fact based on my personal health and wellness journey:

You are only one workout away from a good mood.

How true is this statement? I admit, life can get a little stressful and can ruin one's mood. When I get into my workout (most of the time dance cardio), that one hour is like magic! By the end of the workout, I had forgotten what upset me and my mood is lifted! My mood is lifted so much that, I look forward to the next workout!

So if you think that exercise will not change your mood, I can tell you that it really can! 💪💪💪

Today's #MotivationalMonday comes from something that I am currently going through outside of health and fitness, and is a reminder to you as well as myself.

We each have challenges that we face daily, some big, some small. How we view them and respond to them determines our strength, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally. The past week has been a huge challenge, but I am taking it day by day. I know that I can get through this, just one day at a time, and you can make it through whatever it is you're going through! 💪💪💪

Today's motivational comes from the importance of personal growth.

We have had our own comfort zones. Some of us still do, myself included. My comfort zone as it pertained to fitness did not include things such as yoga or resistance training. I felt it was my duty at a person serving in the health and wellness community that I should explore different exercise or fitness regimens to form my personal opinion to help others. I have other comfort zones (and I'm sure you do too) that I am working on, to promote personal growth.

This quote spoke to me on so many levels, and made me realize that I have been living my life safer than I should beyond fitness. I hope this quote speaks to you too. 😊😊😊

Today's motivational comes from the ultimate goal of taking on the wellness journey: To be a better version of yourself! 😃😃😃

The purpose of any fitness goals to be a better version of yourself. I believe this wholeheartedly. I started my journey not because I wanted to fit better in my clothes or to see the scale come down below a certain number (even though those reasons are common), but because I wanted to be a better version of myself, for myself. This goes along with last week's motivation discussing self-care. Always remember that you are making these changes for you, because you love yourself to want to make those changes. 💪💪💪
