How true is this statement? I admit, life can get a little stressful and can ruin one's mood. When I get into my workout (most of the time dance cardio), that one hour is like magic! By the end of the workout, I had forgotten what upset me and my mood is lifted! My mood is lifted so much that, I look forward to the next workout!
So if you think that exercise will not change your mood, I can tell you that it really can! 💪💪💪
