Remember always that this journey is for you. You are the one who has to live in your body and it is a temple, so take care of that temple. 💪💪💪
Today's motivational is something that I consider a blessing while on my personal healthy lifestyle journey. I will admit, I used to view working out as a chore in the past, as if it was something that I had to do that day. As I am seeing results and feel a sense of excitement and joy working out now, I view it as a blessing that I am given the opportunity to workout each day. I am reminded that there are people who wish that they had the same opportunity to freely workout, something as simple as a walk in the park. I don't take this daily opportunity for granted, and neither should you! 😉😉😉
So, if you have the opportunity to workout, even if it is just for a few minutes, take that opportunity! 💪💪💪
For today's motivational, it is important to stress that while you are on your health and wellness journey, it is not about being perfect or achieving the "perfect body". It is about putting forth the effort toward being a healthier and better version of yourself. Today's society places too much emphasis on what is socially acceptable when it comes to appearance (e.g., rock hard abs, sculpt muscles, thinness, etc.). There is a difference between skinny and healthy. You can be thin, but not healthy.
Transformation comes from the genuine effort you put forth toward your health. The healthy eating, the workouts, all of it is part of the process. It is so rewarding when you come to a point and you can see your progress, and it further motivates you.
