I think when anyone wants to start living a healthier lifestyle, they have the mindset that they have to make several changes all at once. No. Start with making one change and make that a habit before making another lifestyle change.
Personally speaking, I love drinking soda, specifically Coke. I would drink 2 (sometimes 3) cans a day, or drink one bottle a day. I realized that I wasn't drinking enough water. So I decided that my first small change is to drink less soda and more water.
