Living a healthier lifestyle seems impossible.
Losing x amount of weight seems impossible begins with a step, a small step. Rome was not built in a day, so reaching a healthier you will take some time too. Once you take those steps one at a time, you'll be walking into that healthier lifestyle in no time! Take myself for example. When I started my journey I weighed 242.5 pounds. I took small steps, such as drinking less soda and more water, tracking my food, and incorporated at least 30 minutes of exercise a day. There were some rough days, but I got down to 228 pounds in a few months. I'm working my way to break that mark and make even more progress but let me tell you, I had my doubts. It felt impossible to get to that point, but it only seems that way until it is done. 😉😉😉
