If you can't stop thinking about it, don't stop working for it!
Myself personally I have several health goals aside from the number of the scale. I want to be more toned as well as become stronger. I want to have more energy. I want to be the best example of living a healthy lifestyle. I think about these things a lot. Every. Single. Day. I aim to work out almost every day, and if it is a day that I can't fit a regular 30-40 minute workout, I'll do a 20 minute workout. It is still something! Do you want to eat healthier? Make that first step, whether it is a salad or trying a new vegetable! Living a healthy lifestyle should be everyone's passion! You are given this body, it is your temple, take care of that temple! 💖💖💖
