2 eggs (Your choice)
Black pepper (To taste)
Shredded cheese (Your choice)
Note: Because there is salt in the cheese, you do not need additional salt.
1. Spray cast iron skillet with non-stick spray and turn on medium-high heat.
2. When skillet is hot add eggs and black pepper, scrambling with a fork. Add cheese and turn down to medium-low heat.
3. Stir until the eggs are completely cooked through. Take off of the heat and place onto a plate.
