Chair Pose!

Today's yoga pose is the Chair Pose. This pose strengthens the arms and legs, stretches the shoulders and chest, stimulate the heart and diaphragm, and can reduce flat feet. If you are a beginner, you can practice good form by doing this pose near a wall. Stand with your back to the wall, being a few inches away from the wall. Adjust accordingly so that when you bend, your tailbone just touches and is supported by the wall.
