Today's yoga pose is the #standingforwardbend (best to my ability without hurting myself). Some of the benefits of this pose include the following:
Stretches the hamstrings, calves, and hips.
Strengthens thighs and knees.
Improves digestion.
Reduces fatigue and anxiety.
