"Keto" Coffee So I did a search on Keto coffee and saw a recipe that involved brewed coffee, salted butter, and sweetener. There is an optional component called mct oil, which can be used as a source of energy to fuel the brain as well as use fat for energy. I was curious about the idea of putting butter in coffee, so I gave it a shot. Although I am used to having creamer and sweetener in my coffee, this version is not bad!
