Hey everyone! It has been a while, but wanted to give you guys and girls an update on my progress this year!
For a while I had been maintaining the weight loss that I had attained, and there were some family emergencies that had happened since my last post, but all is much better now!
Because of the current situation at hand (e.g., the COVID-19 pandemic), I have not been able to go to the gym, but that doesn't mean that I can't do things at home or some light exercise around the neighborhood. This photo was from a walk I had done about a couple weeks ago, the first in a long time, but it was so refreshing and definitely much needed. Being an essential worker has been stressful, and I almost forgot how much exercise and meditation can both relieve that stress in my life. I am so thankful that I am able to get back in sync.
As for weight loss and management, I had happened to lose seven pounds in recent weeks, which broke the plateau that I had for a while now, which brings my total weight loss of nineteen pounds. Quite exciting!
Also this year I became a licensed Zumba® instructor and Plate by Zumba® coach, so I am excited to also introduce fitness classes and healthy eating. In the process I gained more education about proper exercise and healthy eating, that I am excited to share with you!
All and all, I have been doing well in my journey and can't wait to further help all of you on your journeys!
