So one of the latest health products for this year are the Goli apple cider vinegar gummies, which have been promoted to have the flavor of apple cider vinegar without the sour/bitterness. Having used apple cider vinegar as part of my health routine (and not being a fan of the bitterness), hearing about gummies that have the benefits of ACV without the bitterness was quite appealing. I went to the Goli Nutrition website and ordered three months' supply of gummies (which are about $20 a bottle) and gave it a shot. Some of the benefits do include the taste. I really like the taste of these gummies! There is absolutely no bitterness at all! However, there are some misleading points concerning how many gummies to take. Looking through social media (where I first heard about the ACV gummies), it is presented that you take two gummies a day. When reading the bottle, however, the instructions are to take 1-2 gummies up to three times a day, meaning that you are to take 3-6 gummies a day. There are 60 gummies in a bottle which are to last you a month. Um, no. If I follow the six gummies a day, that doesn't last me two weeks! So what I ended up doing is take two gummies a day to make them last through the month. Like the ACV drink itself, I found myself having better digestion and weight loss/management with the gummies. The most important question when it comes to a product review is, would I buy the product again? As much as I liked the taste of the gummies, I do not believe it is enough to spend almost $20 a bottle to use. Yes, drinking the ACV has the bitterness, but it is more economical for my wallet to just buy the bottle and mix with water. |
