So today I decided to see how much I can walk within an hour to get my cardio in.
2.88 miles! That's almost 3 miles in an hour!
While I was impressed with that record, I was also impressed with the feeling that I had gotten a full body workout just from walking. I have walked in the past (and have mentioned before), but I definitely felt the burn in my legs and in my glutes! An awesome burn, that is!
I may continue this route going forward as I enjoyed it very much, or mix between half-hour and hour-long walks depending on the situation.
